A more adults-oriented craft talk, followed by a read-aloud of Medusa's Pet Rock and a Q&A. Steph will talk about her inspiration for this flipped version of the classic Greek myth, as well as the character design decisions in turning a villain into a hero. Event page incoming.

Join author-illustrator Steph Lau for a sparkly, cryptid and unicorn-tastic read-aloud of The Abominable Snow Dancer and live drawing demo! Steph will read from her picture book about a yeti who dreams of dancing, and then share how to create “squiggle” characters, using audience suggestions and volunteers from the crowd.​ See event page.
